Hi,
I have a big problem when I try to print to pdf from Marvin View: heteroatoms disappears!!
Find two print screens from Marvin View and the corresponding view after printing in PDF.
In Marvin View:
In PDF after "Print to PDF" in Marvin View
In PDF after Print (normal) and the selection of a PDF printer (PDF creator):
Better but not very beautiful, very fuzzy (it is worse when you have a 4*4 matrix).
That is very problematic for us !

Just for information, it is the same with the last version of Marvin Beans 16.4.18

It seems that this problem disappears in the last version of Marvin Beans. Have you done somethings?

Hi Lionel,
I apologise for the late answer. I did not inform you since we could not solve the whole issue. The `All` option works well , but unfortunately the `All visible` is still not fixed.
